On Sunday 5th March KCC is organising the Mark Bell Open Hilly Time Trial and on Sunday 16th April Round 4 of the NCRA Handicap Road Race series.
For these events to be successful we’ll need the support of the members of the club. That support can come in different ways; you could ride the events or you can offer your time to help with the organisation.
As both of the events fall on Sunday mornings there’s a potential clash with our Sunday club runs so on these days the club runs will be in the afternoon. That will give those members who normally ride on a Sunday who want to race the opportunity to do so and for those that aren’t racing the opportunity to help the club and still ride later in the day. For some hardy souls they may race in the morning and then ride again in the afternoon!
Andy Parker will be posting the details of the afternoon rides closer to the days and as the organiser of both events I’d be delighted to either receive your race entry or offer of help.
