Please note that regulations for road bikes may differ from organiser to organiser, if you are entering Open events, check the event details.
For our club events we have found the following a good guide:
[no aerobars, clip on bars or aero extensions, helmet must not have a visor, ears must not be covered by the helmet, wheels must have a minimum of 12 spokes each, so no disc wheel]

If you turn up with any of the above, you can still race, but your finish position will be as TT set up.
